Steel guitar smiling at me – lapsteel pickup cavity shielding

Another pickup cavity shielding job – it looked like this lapsteel was smiling at me all along, wouldn’t you agree?
Anyways, aluminum tailpiece was the original ground, not very effective, so we had to solder in a whack of copper shielding to that as well, helped a lot but be wary of aluminum tailpiece.
